The San Jose clinic is a very nice and clean clinic with a very polite staff and good customer service. I think the price is comparable to other fertility clinics. When I had my egg retrieval and my embryo transplant the nursing staff, anesthesiologist and embryologist were amazingly supportive, kind and attentive. I felt very well cared for and looked after. I felt that they did the best they could to keep me calm and comfortable during a difficult and stressful process. The IVF coordinator Kim was very communicative and helped me to get ready for the process. Even the phlebotomist in the lab was amazing and made my blood draws as painless as possible which says a lot given how often you are getting blood drawn throughout the entire process.

The doctors are very friendly and caring. They do a good follow up. Also comparatively they do give considerable discounts on charges/fee if you don't have any insurance converge. Very cooperative and customer service was excellent. Before doing my IUI they did thoroughly check alll my health issues and did maximum tests to ensure the right and effective flow of the process
