This center always run late. Dr. Allon is a great doctor but I was diagnosed straight to IVF without trying every option before recommending IVF. I have PCOS and it takes time to get a bfpt. I was only given 2 cycles of femora with one positive and miss carry and one negative. His nursing staff is great except for one nurse that has no clue what she is doing. It's very hard to actually get a answer on the phone. My stay there started off pleasant But turned into a nightmare st the end. When u r spending the type of money that they require I only expect the best for my money and it is not this clinic

I absolutely love the staff there always so helpful and nice. I feel so comfortable and it helps really set my mindset to be at ease for the stressful baby making process I love them and now am pregnant with my third child (second with there assistants)

This is the best clinic in Texas. Everyone is so so kind and helpful and always there to answer questions and make me feel comfortable. They are personable and work hard to get to know me!

The place is clean and the staff is awesome. I like that they have several options available and they specialize in PCOS. Many of the exams can be done there and the doctors are considerate about your plan of action and insurance/financial circumstances. Usually wait time is about 10-15 minutes but I have been there a few times were we are called in quickly and then have to wait for the doctor 1-1.5 hrs. The nurses get back to you quickly and they are discrete.
