I love that my doctor is from NY because we are from NY as well. We get each other's humor and communicate well with one another. Whenever I have a question or working with another doctor's office he calls me or has his PA call to update me. He gives us a lot of resources and different actions plans to try before going through an evasive route. He's extremely thorough but can sometimes go a little fast if you aren't used to that. I appreciate his layman terms and explanations.
