Staff at genesis are extremely friendly and welcoming. I have never waited more than 15 minutes. Doctor Ross is dependable, reliable, dedicated, easy going, detailed, compassionate, caring, organized, and knowledgeable. Parking can be tough, but that’s anywhere in Parkslope. The nurses at genesis call you with all the details about you’re blood work and let you know what you are lacking, and they give you some helpful tips. Extremely organized practice, I will recommend to anyone struggling with infertility and searching to find the answers the need.

Very little wait time, nurses are all really nice and professional. All of the doctors make you feel comfortable and not rushed. I highly recommend this clinic

I loved the majority of the nurses that work there for monitoring. My doctor (Ross) was wonderful. The IVF class taught by Joanne was very informative. I donated thousands of dollars of leftover medicine and didn't really get a thank you, hence my reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
