Dr. Ross is extremely knowledgeable, highly organized, reliable, and dependable. Her explanations are so detailed and understandable, I am never confused. I never feel rushed during my appointments with her, she truly likes to taker her time with her patients. Dr. Ross is always available to address any of my concerns and answers them quickly. I emailed her few days ago and she responded back to me a few hours later. She is one of the most sweetest, caring, compassionate doctors I have ever met. She is super easy to talk and she’s a doctor that listens.
