    My RE is wonderful and really cares about my IPs. Dr. Kaplan is very nice and sweet. Not a doubt in my mind he knows his stuff.

    I was satisfied for the most part with the care I received. The doctors are all very knowledgeable, but it's hard to feel indidvualized attention with such a large clinic.

    Really liked my doctor and the support staff: lobotomist and ultrasound tech. Front office staff could use some work. My nurse was pretty good, sometimes I felt like a number but I guess they see so many patients at a time it’s hard to get that complete 1 on 1 attention. I successfully got pregnant off my first IVF

    Experience here was good. Nurses were nice and helpful answering questions, and made me feel comfortable. I had a successful IUI and now have a beautiful baby girl. Receptionists could be more friendly but it's the nurses and doctors that matter most anyhow.

    All the nurses and staff were amazing and kind. They were patient throughout the entire process and answered all my questions, even if I had asked them beforehand. Dr. Kaplan was extremely personable and made the transfer quick and easy.

    Very busy clinic. You definitely feel like a number & aren't sure your doctor even knows who you are, but I'll take results over hand holding.

    I've been going to FCI over year it's been a positive experience so far no success yet. The nurses could be better organized. One nurse got confused and sent me a congratulatory email about my BFP and gave me all types of instructions about what's next. She did email me back to apologize w/in an hour after realizing I was the wrong patient. I didn't respond just couldn't deal. Anyway I'm having thyroid issues now so can't try again until that is rectified.

    I adored Dr. Kaplan. However, the nursing staff at River North leaves much to be desired, they're disorganized and occasionally rude. That being said, the ultrasound techs and phlebotomists were always fantastic, it's really the cranky nurses that make it awful. The nurses at Highland Park are much better.

    I went through the Lindenhurst Clinic, Highland Park and finally Chicago for my transfer. My nurse Amber was fantastic as was most of the staff. I had one minor issue with an ultrasound tech which I brought to my RE's attention. Dr Rodgers was also amazing and handled my complaint right away. Both my nurse and doctor were so amazing and informative throughout the whole process. No one I had contact with ever made me feel like "just a number" or as if I was a nuisance at all. I was fortunate enough to get pregnant my first round of IVF and had severe bleeding when I was 10 weeks. My husband called the help line and Dr Rodgers herself called us back with 5 minutes even though we were informed it would be up to 2 hours. Luckily everything worked out well and I am now 7 months pregnant with a little boy. The whole process of IVF is scary enough but they do an amazing job walking you through it, even the billing portion which they explained in detail. Honestly I was sad to leave them on "Graduation Day" and didn't know how I'd make it through the rest of my pregnancy without them. In a few short months I get to bring my little boy to see the people who made our dreams come true!

    The staff at FCI are incredible. Professional, positive and helpful. Wait times can be long at peak hours (everyone tries to get in before 9), so if you can avoid the AM rush, you can shorten your waits. But once seen, everyone I encountered was friendly and cared. My doctor and nurses were the best!!

    I had a great experience at fertility center of Illinois! I'm currently pregnant through IVF. Dr. Marut was very helpful with any questions and the nursing staff was great!

    I felt my experience was very individualized and great attention was made in ensuring the process went smoothly. The outcome can't be guaranteed but the process started promptly and I feel that it all made the difference in a positive outcome.

    The care I received was great from the doctors to nurses to lab technicians. I felt like each step of the way was explained thoroughly and I liked that they had early hours so I could go to appointments before work. Sometimes the wait times for lab work were a bit long, and the billing department can be difficult to get ahold of, but otherwise no complaints.

    I had 6 ivf cycles done at FCI and felt very comfortable and welcome there. The receptionists were always friendly and helpful and I developed a great relationship with my nurse, she helped with me any and everything that I had questions on.

    Overall, I think this place is know for results and they seem to get them. However, they need to focus on building out their client support function as well as refining their monitoring process in the River North Facility. Absent the daily calls with updates, they are not proactive in providing guidance, psychological support or clarity on the process. You have to ask anytime you are at the next step or they will just assume you know what's going on. As for the monitoring, it's a horrible experience. The ultrasound and blood appointments took 1.5 hours on average. I don't think they have enough staff or they should spend time to set expectations. As a working professional, it's very difficult to go through with little communication or the feeling that your case isn't overseen by any one person (even if this isn't the case). I would recommend this place however with the caveat that you kinda have to figure it out on your own and you feel like a number. I would urge FCI to focus on the client experience in the future and I think it would be an all around good place!

    I was a gestational surrogate with FCI. I have no input as to their prices but their service was outstanding. Their delivery of meds was on time and they communicated with me quickly and kindly.

    I was a surrogate so I can't comment to price. The staff was amazing to deal with and always responded to my questions very quickly. I would definitely recommend FCI, and specially Dr. Kaplan to anyone that asks.

    My journey was 2 years with FCI. I went through 5 attempts, 4 IVF cycles. First was successful but miscarried and our last attempt was successful! Every single team member there was fantastic. They became a part of your life and how they cared built a relationship with me. They felt like family. Leaving the center was bitter sweet because of how close you get to them. I couldn't imagine being anywhere else.

    I have been going to the clinic since February. I've had 2 iui's (unsuccessful) and I'm 2weeks away from my first (and hopefully only) FET! Dr Kaplan and his nurses are amazing! They are very trusting and compassionate! I couldn't have chose a better fertility clinic!

    Clinic is efficient and puts you at ease considering what you're putting your body through. You are in and out within 30 min almost every visit. Staff explains process and steps thoroughly. Overall good experience.

    This clinic is HUGE, making it hard not to feel like just another number. We saw different nurses at every appt and would get instruction calls from different people each time. I think because of this, the staff was often in a hurry and prone to mistakes. On top of that, the billing dept is the absolute WORST! We've since switched to another clinic. It's hard to rate Dr. Kaplan because I barely even saw him. I believe it was literally less than 10 minutes through the entire course of my treatment. I guess it shouldn't be surprising given the nature of this factory clinic. Our only interaction was during my first appointment but it was barely a conversation. He was in and out, then the nurses took over from there.

    I had a great experience with my nurse at this clinic. Dr. Uhler was very thorough and explained everything well. I saw her a handful of times during my treatment.
