The nurse practitioners that I saw every appointment were amazing. I had no issues with them. The doctor however I had issues with. He did nothing for my fertility treatments and was in my opinion very lazy. When I had an ectopic pregnancy he was not proactive in diagnosing it and because of his laziness I had to have surgery and lose a tube. For a doctor that's been in fertility for 23 years he should be very familiar with an ectopic pregnancy and should have known the signs especially since he was making me do blood tests around the clock. He sat on the results and did nothing. Worst doctor ever. I barely saw him

The doctor and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my doctor had such a large caseload that wait times were a bit long. From my understanding it was temporary as two doctors recently retired and they hadn’t yet filled the positions.

Kaiser Center for Reproductive Health has a wonder staff everyone is compassionate and kind. They truly believe in helping each and every patient and it shows. I felt comfortable and never rushed by anywhere there.

I loved my experience the staff was knowledgeable and genuinely understood the emotional rollercoaster that infertility is. NP Sharma and the advice nurse - Nurse Hill made the experience for me, they practice with heart.

Always have a great experience with the doctors, nurses and staff. They work with my crazy schedule to get me in when I need to and are always up front with information. I highly recommend both the Roseville location and the Sacramento location!

Because Kaiser is an HMO, their approach is extremely conservative. After 3 years with another clinic, this proved to be what I needed. Dr. Rosencrantz is nice, smart, and to the point. Through their approach, I became pregnant twice, on my second IUI each time.

Prior to IVF you see whomever is on call that day so it's very impersonal. The administrative staff can sometimes lack understanding and patience. This has been a big frustration. I much prefer dealing with the nurse practitioner. The wait times have been good.

I saw Dr. Sohn for my Ivf treatment. He is a nice doctor but when I wasn't responding to the medication he just gave up. I wish he would have tried different options.

I had a great experience with Kaiser mostly because the staff was willing to talk things through with me and my husband. I needed that to process the information and for realities to sink in. I liked the support and the realistic approach to what my chances were of conceiving. Overall the staff is great.

Dr Sohn and his staff were knowledgable, gave us good guidance and we achieved a successful twin pregnancy on the first frozen embryo transfer. A question below incorrectly states that I had one each frozen, fresh and iui. There was no "zero" choice. We only had one Transfer of two frozen embryos.

We had an excellent experience with competent doctors and nurses who were very clear in communicating the options. Once a course of action was decided upon, there were clear instructions and calendars to work with and all questions were clearly answered. Dr. Vu never rushed us and was happy to answer all our questions clearly and in detail. We had a lot of confidence in him and his competency.
