Dr. Vu is amazing. We are back for baby #2 after having a successful fresh IVF cycle in 2016! His team is great and always make me feel welcome. The only sad part is that I can only see them until 9 weeks along!

Dr Wu is great! He has a way of explaining things so that anyone can understand. He makes sure you completely understand what is going on with your body. He takes the time with his patients and you leave feeling you have someone on your team. I’ve never felt rushed or that my situation wasn’t important. I needed to be referred to an reproductive endocrinologist and that doctor was just as great. Very please to go down this journey with Kaiser’s doctors they are extremely experienced and are 100% on your team. They are compassionate and truly want to see you reach your goal of having a child. Your goal is their goal!

Dr. Vu is amazing but really busy, he is mindful and respectful of people's time and energy. Despite his crazy schedule if you ask him a question he will answer throughly ana honestly so that you can make empowered decisions.

He speaks quickly so he can be hard to understand. The IVF consult was fast and I left feeling like I didn't know much more than when I came. He is very knowledge though and I believe in his abilities.

Dr Vu isn't the most personable but he tries to get the point across. Be sure to ask a lot of questions and come prepared. You definitely want to be your own advocate.
