Most of the staff are really helpful and friendly. I’m not sure about the individualized treatment because he’s really pushing for IVF and not anything else.

clinic wait would run a little over when it was retrieval cycles week but the staff is amazing very friendly and quick to answer. Dr does seem a little pushy for IVF, but very knowledgeable.

I absolutely loved that everyone at this clinic knew me and my particular circumstances. It really made me feel that they listened and addressed our concerns. They were also very attentive at my appointments and made sure all of my questions were answered every time.

The nurses and staff were amazing. We had a few problems with wrong information given by the doctor but in the end we were able to become pregnant and give birth to a beautiful baby girl and that's all that mattered.

The entire staff is friendly and understanding. They are always keeping up on newest advances with fertility issues, and I believe they are apart of that process as well. They have many packets of information, and they answer your questions in a timely manner. The wait time in the office was never more than maybe twenty minutes, and it seemed like that was only on their very busy days with transfers or retrievals. They are always looking for money saving avenues to help you with cost concerns.

The nurses and support staff are incredibly kind and I felt well taken care of. Also I got pregnant so it's hard to be anything but happy!
