Dr. Hayes is very, very kind. She makes silly jokes that help lighten the mood, and when she is performing any procedures she helps keep both partners calm. You can tell she cares about her patients well being. If things go wrong, like they did with me, she is there checking up on you to see how you're doing frequently. She never feels rushed and is open to answer questions.
