My insurance covered my fertility treatments. I had four IUI's (one resulted in a miscarriage) and 2 rounds of IVF. The doctor's were extremely intelligent, on the cutting edge of the latest treatments and had good bedside manner. The nurses were also phenomenal. My second IVF resulted in a pregnancy - my daughter is 8 months old and completely healthy. The interesting thing about my clinic and fertility treatments in general - they are crowded. Which can make you feel anxious about receiving your treatment but also reminds you that you are not alone. I was always very open and social with the women around me. I felt we were all going through the same thing so I always struck up conversations with women in the waiting room. Quite a few of us traded information on our treatments which I would suggest to my doctor if I hadn't tried that specific treatment or drug yet. Having said that, you are extremely hormonal so a lot of women don't want to talk, they're cranky and private and just want to have their treatments done and move on. I went in looking at it as a bonding experience with other women and that is one piece of advice I'd like to pass on to a women going through it.

Poor communication and outcomes. RE was difficult to get ahold of with. Did not feel I had a partner during this difficult journey but was seen only as a revenue stream. Would not recommend.

Everyone gets back to me right away which really helped ease the nerves and woes that come along with trying to get pregnant. Staff and doctors always made me feel very comfortable.

The clinic is accessible, easy to schedule, and has good staff. I found the doctor minimally involved however.

Wait times were small, but face time with the doctor was short. I felt not everything was clearly explained. Additionally, we were given expectations that fell short without explanations.

While I became pregnant and delivered 2 healthy kids as a result of IVF at this clinic, my experience with doctors and nurses was mixed. Some doctors (Milad, Confino, Marsh) were wonderful, others weren't. Most nurses were fantastic, one was horrible. At this and any clinic, you have to speak up if something doesn't sound right and/or if you don't like the treatment you're receiving. Overall, my experience was good but I definitely had to be my own advocate.

We were really excited to start treatment here after failed attempts at another clinic. Everything started off great but soon went downhill. Throughout my monitoring appts, it just didn't feel like I was actually being monitored! I had to follow up myself after each visit to get updates. On top of that, I pretty much never saw my doctor. The team seemed nice but it was a major disappointment. Sadly just felt like another number here.

It's a big operation, you are just a number in a big group of women needing fertility help. You need to stay on top of your own care, cannot rely nurses or doctors to remember all your details. I only saw the doctor maybe 3 times during the whole process, expect to see the nurses way more.
