I absolutely loved my doctor. I had to go through quite a few unappealing treatments and he was always very HONEST (which can be overwhelming and scary) with me. He's extremely intelligent - everything I asked him about he was well read and researched on. I had a situation where they put me on a drug to reduce my estrogen levels (I was overstimulated) - this drug gave me short term memory loss. When I saw him and mentioned it to him he recalled a study he read 15 years prior where only 150 subjects were researched and recalled that this particular drug gave 2 of the subjects short term memory loss. He can come across as a bit gruff because he's very honest and doesn't hold back but he's also known as one of the best scientists in the country so I was willing to hear the brutal truth in order to get the best scientific care - and I ended up pregnant.
