Saw the doctor once. She talked fast and over us. She wanted us to hear her more than she wanted to hear us. We were recommended by a friend so we were really taken back by our experience. Maybe it’s isolated. Maybe it’s not. She was supposed to do one of my procedures. Without warning or explanation, I got some random person. When i asked about it, “oh she had something come up”. My current RE calls me. All the Time. He tells me when the plan changes, before hand, and gives explanation. Then gives me a choice to continue with new plan or revise. That’s professionalism.

I only met the doctor during our initial consult and my SHG. But she seemed available quickly when the NP needed guidance for my care plan.
