Dr. Kiltz is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever met. He sat with my husband for 1.5 hours to go through our plan of treatment after a failed cycle. He treated us like humans and not like another number which isn’t something we can say for a different clinic we worked with. I would recommend him to anyone struggling with infertility.

Dr. Kiltz is nice, and he does try to make you feel comfortable. However, on my fourth transfer, he came in, not very confident in my poor quality embryos, which of course made me question their ability to thrive. He mentioned some things I could be doing for egg health as he was performing the transfer. This was very frustrating, as that information would have been much more useful PRIOR to my second egg retrieval, which ended up with worse results than our first retrieval. I did feel like he cared about what he was doing, I just didn't feel like information was being given to me the way it should have.

Dr Kiltz gives you his cell phone number, and when you text him with questions, he replies within a few hours... it's pretty amazing. He always spent time talking with me after procedures; I felt like he cared, and I appreciated that!

Before my IVF cycle at CNY I had a failed cycle at a different fertility center and was very nervous about trying CNY but Dr. Kiltz made me feel confident that my cycle with them would work and that I would become a mother..I am now 27 weeks pregnant after 1 cycle with CNY and would recommend them to anyone.

when he first started the clinic, he was very good and very personable. As the business grew it was harder for him to keep it that way. He is less involved now and possibly a little over confident which makes him a somewhat sloppy. The practice is very important to him and I do believe he truly cares about his patients success.
