The practice is run more as a collective. I've only ever seen my doctor twice in my dozens of visits when he was "on duty" for morning ultrasounds and for my initial visit. I've only spoken on the phone with him once. The nurses run the show. His secretary is easy to get ahold of and very responsive and helpful.
