Miserable experience. Had to request my own hormones be drawn, they told us the morning of our IUI that "it wouldn't work, you need to consider other options" while my wife was waiting on the insemination. She left crying. The final, major, issue was that Dr. Cook prescribed me the wrong medication. They prescribed clomipramine instead of clomid, which has caused me many ongoing issues. They didn't realize this error for 3 months.
