Eye makeup tips for glasses?

Question

I usually just put on mascara (sometimes liner) and that's it. I would like to do more with my eyes and brows, but not sure what being that I am always wearing glasses. I am also very pale and have red hair (I'm a ginger) so I prefer more natural shades but am open to exploring new options. Please and thank you 😊
P.s. My eyebrows are naturally transparent and are dyed in this picture. 
Also, any lip color suggestions are welcome too 😌

I wear glasses as well and I find that it's more beneficial going with a bold eye look because the glasses make it look more subdued (balancing it out - if that makes sense) and same with the brows, the glasses and brows basically frame the face so I tend to keep it clean and sharp in that department (the heaviness is up to you)
