My right ovary area is really painful today. According to glow, and other symptoms like ewcm and libido, I am ovulating today. But I don't know that I've had ovulation quite this painful before.

It doesn't really hurt to press on it, but it did hurt kinda bad when I was (tmi) pushing a bowel movement out a few minutes ago.

I got a little concerned it might be my appendix. I dont have a fever or nausea, and the pain is only about a 3 or 4 out of 10.

Can anyone ease my anxiety? Is it normal for bowel movement to hurt your ovary area during ovulation?
