Opk positive or negative?

So I decided to try opk the first one I took had a line, so I decided to test again today And again a line! So I was ready the instructions and apparently if there's a line it a negative unless the test line is as dark as the control line or darker! What does everyone think? ​

Also you won't know for sure if you have ovulated unless your temping. They could be nearly positive because your body is gearing up to ovulate but it may be that you won't untill a week later or something so don't worry about it being early.

I take these, and I have to say, it's negative. BUT! Keep taking them, twice a day if you can (am and pm) because you should be ovulating soon! It has to be as dark or darker. I so notice that you have to wait the five minutes and not wait to view it much longer because soon after (maybe 20 minutes?) it will start to lighten up. How do I post a picture because I would show you a picture of mine from last month when I O'd.

If I'm ovulating in the next 2 days according to the test I'd only be cd 8/9 that surely is way to early? X

Top one is an almost positive! Try again today, and you should be ovulating in the next 12-48 hours!

I think top one is positive. I've noticed when I test, the line gets darker after a few minutes if I'm ovulating. Top is ovulating or about to!

Most of the time there is always a faint line as people always have the LH hormone present but to have a positive opk the test line needs to be as dark as or darker than the control line. I would say they are both negative but the top one is closest so maybe be positive the next day.

Yes u got your reply on PD! Lol thanks just confused as very early in my cycle to see a line at all! Or does the test strips have lines regardless of time of cycle??

I think I may have responded on PD? i would say it's a negative, the test line needs to be a similar colour to the control line xx
