Skin stretching and pain

Hey y’all!

I’ve always struggled with my weight and currently I’m around 205lbs and I’m 5’3 from august 2019 to today I’ve gained 25lbs and I’m only 10lbs away to go back to my heaviest ever. Anyway... I used to be unemployed and I’d just be in charge of running errands and stuff so I was able to go out and walk a lot (NYC life). I’d walk between 5,000 to 11,000 steps a day to keep myself sane. Then fast forward to June, I got a job and I’m working from home. My hours aren’t that crazy but they make it difficult for me to actually find motivation to do things... but that’s another story. My main issue now is... my body changed. Being sitting down for 9 hours a day made my body change. Not only I gained weight because quarantine and stuff but the fact that I’m sitting down made my belly grow. My skin feels so uncomfortable the whole time I’m sitting down because it’s stretching... I always had a belly and all, but now is heavier than ever and being sitting down is painful. I’ve been thinking about a waist trainer or something so it can literally hold my skin and the pain stops but there are 3 issues here:

1. I don’t know where to start

2. Everything I find is model by either hot and curvy plus size girls or extra skinny ones... (show me a naturally fat woman for once please)

3. Waist trainers seem they will only hold my torso but not my lower belly and that is like my #1 issue.

Gals... help me please. I’m in pain and incredibly frustrated and disappointed.
