I have the BT 6000, which is pretty good! There's a newer version now, which I would have got if it was out when we got ours. I think it connects to your phone so you don't need the parent unit which doesn't have brilliant battery life. The camera quality it good for both day and night mode and I like how you can move it remotely. There's other features like music (which I actually don't find soothing at all and it's actually a bit creepy) and alarms but I never use those. The other thing I like is that the screen can be turned off until it senses movement/sound from baby which is good at night so you don't constantly have the light from the screen.
