Anyone been through similar 😩

So 30th June of missed miscarriage had tablet and been getting positives for ages 20th August when for a internal scan and couldn’t find nothing no tissue anything done bloods and they said it’s negative but I’m still getting faint positives not fainter or darker the same ? What’s going on with my body 😩
