Evap? Or real line? 🤔

The test I took said not to read after 5 mins. I used a Accu News cheap test and this came up within a min. I'm not sure I believe it's a real positive after 2 miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy. As well as the fact I have some serious adhesions inside due to past abdominal surgeries.
