IBS? Very bad bloating

I wondered if any of you had same or similar.

I got very bloated like very very was looking like I was pregnant and it was cramping and it was just unpleasant got really scared that I had problems with ovaries so GP ran blood tests all came out well boy still awaiting for the scan and feel anxious.
