Cervical cancer
I'm starting to worry. Does anybody have any advice please. Over the past few months I have been to the doctors several times for the following reasons
1. Oedema- just in one leg- I was sent to the hospital to check for a dvt. D-dimer negative- no dvt - sent home
2. Severe dizziness - given vertigo tablets - sent home by GP
3. Severe uti - 5 days of cefradine given and taken.
4. Abnormal bleeding (seems AF has started9 days early)
5. Lower back ache
6. Severe fatigue - I slept 19 hours yesterday
7. Severe anemia - given folic acid tablets by GP
8. Lump in groin - told it was a cyst and sent home by GP
9. Palpitations and fast heart rate (145bom) taken to a&e given ecg - abnormal t wave - requested 24 hour tape. - GP refused to send me for one.
I asked my GP for a Pap smear which has been refused as I'm only 24. And told I can come back when I'm 25 (next year)
Why has he not associated these symptoms or considered they could be related to each other. Does this sound like cervical cancer or an I driving myself mad? All the above GP visits have been within the last year. Please help.
