My Dr lied to me

I am at a loss. I decided to change fertility drs so was getting paperwork for my appointment tomorrow. I picked up my husband sperm results. So i have had 2 miscarriages in just over a year so i know he produces some sperm but..

My doctor told me everything was ok with his results and the results say the opposite. And recommend ICSI... i don't even know what to say... these results came back over six month ago, with us struggling and me putting myself through the hell of metformin prescribed by her.
