omg I was so constipated earlier was having major trouble going ... my body was just tencing up uncontrollably as if in labour about to push a baby out I was slightly worried that I would push baby out as was out on my own got some laxatives to try and help but was in so much pain I couldn't walk let alone get a bus back ... so this is where it gets really tmi .... so I felt round behind me to make sure it was that I needed to go poop and not the piles just coming out but upon feeling I felt the piles popping out loads so I tried pushing them back in to try and relieve the pain and pressure etc but as it pushed it back in I felt a massive clump of solid hard poop so I had to reach in and try and scoop it out with my finger as it was stuck but after a couple of attempts I got it out and instant relief but omg I was not going to naturally pass it no amount of laxatives would help it was like the size of a squash ball and solid round as I say sorry tmi... and 31 weeks pregnant didn't help but at least it's gone now
