1 week early AF

Hello everyone, I’m 8dpo and had few spotting. I thought it was implantation bleeding but turn into af. I’m so disappointed. Af come 1 week early. We are ttc. 😞 i feel so down, i have been taking supplements, doin everything i can, i thought this is our month.
