Late period but unsure when I ovulated

I have been off the pill for about 2 months now and according to glow i am a day late. I am not exactly sure when i ovulated. I have taken a pregnancy test and it was negative. Is glow wrong and i ovulated later in my cycle. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
