This is the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. By far. Listen...these reps are dealing with women and couples, etc. who so desperately want a baby that they're paying thousands of dollars just for a chance at one. But these sloppy jerks over at Freedom whatever don't seem to care about that. Called multiple times in one week to make SURE my meds were getting shipped in time. "Well we don't have your BIN number so we weren't able to complete the order." Okay well I called earlier, why didn't someone tell me then? "Well we need your dr to authorize a medication switch so we can't send it out yet." Okay...I LITERALLY talked to you people a few hours ago so WHY didn't someone tell me that earlier so that I could have had more time to contact my doctor for the medication switch. Instead, I had 20 minutes to get to my doctor's office, etc etc Anyway, my meds didn't get shipped out when they were supposed to and they're all "I understand". Yeah I'm sure they all understand 😒

Great service! Shipped every medication with 2 day shipping. Even the med requiring to be cold. Great customer service! Cheaper than most we found. We were able to use our insurance as well. Thank you!

Very friendly customer service. My meds were overnight. Unfortunately the day the meds were to be delivered Houston experienced a freezing. The delivery trucks did not deliver. Long story short, freedom pharmacy help by tracking the meds and making sure I received them. I would 100% recommend this pharmacy!

The BEST! I am in Georgia and they are amazing to get my orders here within 12 hours one time! Very helpful. They worked out issues my doctor messed up on the prescriptions. Highly recommend them for anyone. Great prices too!

I am on my 3rd cycle using this pharmacy. Overall no complaints. It did make me rather uncomfortable to give the rep my debit card information without being told a total. I understand that insurance can change things drastically, but when a medicine could be thousands of dollars or completely covered, it gets a little worrisome giving blind access to my bank account and hoping they honor the cost cap you tell them. Aside from that, though, I've had no problems with delivery or service, and their instructions for medication administration were flawless.

Beyond a single order that was messed up on their end (delivery date got mixed up and I missed a trigger shot date which essentially ended that cycles treatment), I did use this special pharmacy for the most part.

They wanted double the price for our medications. We were able to find another company in the US that also offered overnight package for half the price! Will never be using this company again.
