In my TWW I felt like I had alot of pregnancy symptoms. Very crampy, tired, boobs hurt (this happened with my first) and I started craving ice. I also had a faint positive test.

Last Wednesday I started spotting lightly (2 days before period due, I'm never early)

The next day this progressed to what I thought was my period. The last 2 days I I have hardly had any bleeding. It literally lasted 3 days. Normally it's 7 days and heavy for 4. Today for some reason I did a test and it's a faint positive. This came up straight away and now I'm super confused what's going on. Has anyone else had this before?
