Weight loss and mental health

Hey everyone, I’ve been wanting to lose weight for a while now but I’ve never had the confidence to go to the gym or anything like that. My mental health is pretty bad at the moment partly because of how I look, I can’t even look in the mirror without feeling physically sick. I’m often spending the full day in bed due to this which obviously means I’m not getting any exercise either, it’s like a vicious circle. Could anyone recommend some good diets that still have a lot of choice with what you can eat, I don’t want to be eating the same thing every day. Also any at home exercise plans I could follow?
