Can ovulation occur earlier despite a long cycle

Just out of interest? Google doesn’t pull up much apart from calculators.

I have a 33 day cycle so theoretically ovulate day 19/20. Is it possible to still ovulate around day 14?

I don’t want to do tracking as it stresses me out.

From memory when I had my son 8 years ago after trying for over a year I went for a scan and the nurse told me I was ovulating on day 12 and I vaguely remember thinking- no wonder we haven’t had much luck I had always been ramping it up on day 17/18/19 so had been completely missing my ovulation Window. However this was a long time ago and I can’t remember the exact ins and outs just that, she told me I was ovulating in 4 days did the deed and fell straight away.
