How would you describe round ligament pain?

I'm not sure how to describe it. It one certain spot in my groin I get this pain in the same exact spot kinda feels like a stitch and when it's really flared walking and standing upright put pressure on it and it's so painful! Feel like it's a good 3 inches of pain. Wouldn't round ligament pain be all over and not the same exact spot

I think it can vary per person but I was getting it when I walked or lifted up my leg (hip flexor area) and I've had moments of cramping when sneezing or getting up too fast. Asked my midwife and she said it's round ligament pain. Google images of what it looks like/placement of the ligament  it sounds like what you're experience.

I think it feels like I pulled a muscle in my vagina. It usually happens when I'm rolling over in bed and I have to curl up in fetal position and take some deep breaths

It's so painful , they told me I had round ligament pain but I think it's something other than that ! They have told me I have strained nerves I think I usually get it the top lower back of my leg and if my BF pushes on it or massages it if feels better

I had it in the first trimester and it would happen if I sneezed or stood up too fast.  It feels almost like a stabbing or ripping sensation to me.  It can be down the side of your uterus all the way into hood groin.

I've read it's in your belly/abdomen. But I feel sharp shooting pains in my groin. So not sure where they're getting the whole abdomen thing from.
