If you customize it right it helps you get to know your cycle and your chances. By  tracking my bbt with it I found out I had always been off with my ovulation and that I don't ovulate until day 17! We had been working hard on all of the wrong days. It is simply a tool to track and predict and it is very useful. I also enjoy the community.
