Hello advice please 😩

Has anyone on here had pelvic inflammatory diesese? I got diagnosed with it 6 weeks ago because my coil, I've had my coil removed and now been on antibiotics for 6 weeks none stop and they still anit working!  I'm in so much pain, I'm bleeding every 2 weeks with heavy clots, and I don't think I can cope with this pain any longer, I have to wait over a month for a scan and I'm just so scared and worried and it is making me really ill, I've heard it can cause infertility so I don't know what the doctors aren't treating this as an emergency, has anyone else had pelvic inflammatory diesese and can I please have some advice! 😭😭😭😭
