Meeting new people

I'm 19 years old I work at a gym but I just wanna meet knew people (especially guys) I'm just so tired of being alone. My parents left me when I was little girl so I'm so used to being on my own cuz I've supported myself for so long. I just wanna find someone but I don't know how or what to do cuz I'm self conscious about them not liking me or thinking in ugly.
