Questions for those who have had anal sex.

Okay, so I've done anal before and I've never had later bodily distinctions. I had anal again about three days ago and have yet to stop having diarrhea... I don't know if it's from that or something else. I haven't felt sick I've only had cramps from it. Could that be the cause? It wasn't even deep anal... That's why I'm confused.
