My boyfriend used to be perfect texting me he missed me randomly and texting me every chance he gets but lately he's always saying he is busy but my mom's telling me that if I was a priority he shouldn't be too busy for me. Should I accept the change or talk to him about it ? and if so how do I say it to him ?

Talk to him about it and tell him how you feel. Maybe he doesn't realize that he's doing it. You also need to realize that he isn't always going to have the time to text you back right away, even if you are a priority to him.
