It looks like tinea versicolor. In hawaii we call it haole rot. It's a fungus that eats the pigment in your skin. Some people are more prone than others to get it, like me for example. I get it allllll the time. It's more common in places you sweat. Reusing wet towels and sweating in your clothes makes it show up. Showering with medicated selson blue will help get rid of it and keep it away. I always just call my dr and have him renew a script for me, quicker results. It's been a while since I've had it but I did notice it's just coming back on my inner thigh. It's just annoying.
