Vagina Farts?!?!

is there such thing as farting from your vagina?! I was at tumbling yesterday and I'm on my period and we were doing these leg toss exercises and everytime my partner would grow my feet down I "farted" but it came from my vagina!😳 it wasn't like a regular fart (obviously) because not only did it come from my vagina but I couldn't control it! and when I stood up it was the worst! what was it?!?! and has this ever happened to anyone?!?!
