Virginity
I'm 19 and lost my virginity to a guy about a month ago, I kind of really regret it now as I thought we would stay in touch ect but he doesn't really want anything like that as he said it was a 'one night thing' I feel bad and can't stop thinking about it, what can I do to make myself better?
