Help!!

So, I just got my nexplanon taken out on Tuesday, and l started the patch but it takes 7 days to start being effective.. well me and my so had unprotected sex last night and I was wondering how big my chances were of getting pregnant.. I just got off my period Sunday if that helps any. I'm not assuming I'm pregnant I'm just asking if there is any chance I could end up pregnant from this.?
