The Uppababy vs Bugaboo debate

D
My husband and I have been debating between the bugaboo cameleon and uppababy cruz + bassinet.
My husband wants the uppababy and makes a lot of good points that include:
-Bassinet is overnight sleep safe approved in Canada (many sales representatives mentioned that bugaboo is safe but not "overnight" sleep safe meaning you shouldn't sleep while baby is sleeping in bassinet-you need to watch them because of height of bassinet is a bit shorter they might pull themselves up and tip over) and the uppababy stand is sold here, but not bugaboo.
-We are planning to travel to visit family back home in the first 6 months so it's the smarter choice in terms of making sure there's a place for baby to sleep when we get there.
-Folds WITH seat on and stands on it's own (which is a good space saver) and hassle free when folding. Bassinet can be placed on  hard surface while baby still inside no problem.
-Bigger basket
-Peek-a-boo window to check on baby while sleeping (bugaboo has one but only in the summer canopy and we live in Montréal)
All are good points right??? I just can't get over how smooth the bugaboo is to push because of the suspension wheels. And even though the seat needs to be taken off I found it easier to fold.. Plus, I see it EVERYWHERE in Montréal which makes it hard to forget about.
I guess what I need is some sort of reassurance for the uppababy cruz. Any good experiences past 6 months? I've heard bad reviews on the wheels and it's making me nervous! My mom is buying the stroller as a gift so I want to make the right choice in terms of price as well and make sure it lasts. This is our first baby if you didn't figure it out already! So we could use all the advice we can get!
Thanks!
