how do I ask her?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 9months and we've been having sex the past 4months already. I haven't told my mom yet and every time she asks if I'm still a virgin I lie and say yes. I have a feeling that she might know the answer but I feel bad every time. How do I let her know I'm ready to have sex with my boyfriend? (I still don't want to tell her that I already have.)

Just be straight out honest with her,  as long as you are of legal age or close enough (within a year of it i think isnt tooo horrid) it shouldnt be a huge thing, ask her if she would mind talking with you,  and maybe ask for her comments to wait till the end for comforts sake. What I did with my mother who was for sure horribly agaisnt any contact what so ever, was say that i would like to be put on the pill,  as a precaution because i felt like we were hitting that point in the relationship
