Scared and extremely nervous

So I had two ultrasounds a regular pelvic and an internal one two days ago. I was told that I was diagnosed with PCOS before the ultrasounds and now I am nervous to find out what my results are and I have really bad anxiety when it comes to things likes this. I'm hoping it's nothing major. Any tips or advice help me stay relaxed until I get my results?! Please and thank you.
