Condom vs. bare

Whenever I have sex with a condom (and lots of lube - lubricated condoms with added lube) it hurts so badly, I can only last a couple minutes before the pain becomes too bad to handle. But when I have sex without condoms it feels wonderful and there is no pain. I have tried different condom brands, and the pain isn't like an allergy pain, it's like a friction pain or something. I don't have problems getting wet, so I'm not really sure if this is normal. Does anyone else have this experience?
