relationship help!😩

I seem to have issues getting guys to like me. Im easy to talk to, i had recently seen the movie DUFF and it made me sorta realize thats me. Yeah i dont have friends but it still happens to me. There is a guy im crushing on but im always the one to message him. So i know it wont work. I just sorta want advice on like what i could do or change. Im really shy in person because i do suffer from anxiety.
