cramps after protected sex

After protected sex with my boyfriend like we always do, I got these horrible craps in my stomach then moved down to my lower abdominal, also when I try to pee it hurts uncontrollably, I'm kinda scared and I don't know what to do. I searched it up and some sites said I might be pregnant but we have only been having protected sex, I really hope there is another explanation
