I took a pregnancy test!!!

Ok so I was spotting probably 9 days before my period now as of today my period is due in two days. I only spotted for a day hours after we had sex. Then I ended up getting sick so last night I went and got a test with my SO and it's negative and implantation bleeding can't be the only answer so what should I do
